Health & Wellbeing Logs (App): Entries you make in the NeuroRehub Mood Tracker, including emotional states, triggers, and daily journals. Note: This is considered Sensitive Personal Data.
AI Chat Data (App): Questions, context, and information you share while conversing with our AI assistant, Neuro AI.
Website Usage Data: When you visit our websites, we automatically collect basic analytics, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

Artificial Intelligence Partners: Your NeuroRehub chat inputs and mood data are temporarily processed by third-party Large Language Models (e.g., Groq / Llama) to generate AI responses. Important: Our AI partners process this data strictly to fulfill your prompt. Your highly sensitive health conversations are not permitted to be permanently stored by these third-party companies to train their public models.
Website Analytics & Hosting: We use standard, privacy-compliant hosting and analytics providers to monitor website performance and security.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if legally required to do so by local law enforcement or to protect the safety and rights of neurodivergent individuals and our users.
Because our ecosystem handles sensitive data (including mental health trajectories and neurodevelopmental information), we implement strict security measures:
Encryption: Data transmitted between your device and our servers (for both the websites and the app) is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
