By browsing our websites, booking services, creating an account, or accessing the NeuroRehub application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platforms.
No Medical Advice:
Our websites, resources, and the NeuroRehub app (including the Neuro AI assistant, “Aria”) are designed to provide general information, educational resources, and psychosocial support regarding neurodevelopmental disabilities.
The content provided across our digital platforms does NOT constitute medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or professional clinical treatment. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or a licensed therapist (such as the professionals at Nexus Therapy Centre) with any questions regarding a medical condition or therapeutic intervention.
Emergency Situations:
Our digital platforms and applications are not emergency services. If you or someone you care for is experiencing a medical emergency, a severe mental health crisis, or is in immediate danger, do not rely on our websites or the AI chatbot. Immediately contact your local emergency services, proceed to the nearest emergency room, or call a national suicide prevention hotline.
The NeuroRehub platform utilizes an Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistant to converse with users. By interacting with the AI, you acknowledge and agree that:
Accuracy Limitations: AI systems can occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated information.
No Human Supervision: AI conversations are generated dynamically and are not reviewed or filtered by human medical professionals in real-time.
Assumption of Risk: Any actions you take based on the suggestions from the AI are strictly at your own risk.
You agree to use our digital ecosystem solely for lawful purposes and its intended use (accessing resources, booking therapies, and supporting neurodivergent wellness). You agree NOT to:
Use the platforms to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Submit false or misleading information through our website contact or booking forms.
Use the AI assistant to generate hate speech, explicit content, or dangerous instructions.
Attempt to bypass, compromise, or test the vulnerability of our websites, cloud security, or databases.
Reverse-engineer or scrape data from any of our websites or the application.
We reserve the right to block your IP address or immediately terminate your app account, without prior notice, if you violate these usage rules.
When creating a NeuroRehub account or booking an assessment via Nexus Therapy Centres, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app password and account session. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
The design, branding, text, graphics, code, and original content across all our websites and the NeuroRehub app are the exclusive property of Andy Speaks 4 Special Needs Persons Africa and its affiliated centers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of these platforms without our express written permission.
Our websites and app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Andy Speaks, Nexus Therapy Centre, nor our developers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our websites or the NeuroRehub app. This includes, without limitation, damages related to reliance on website content or AI-generated information, loss of data, or psychosocial distress.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute relating to our digital platforms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page, and we will notify app users of substantial updates within the application. Your continued use of the websites or app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
