Disability Rights: We uphold the inherent dignity and individual autonomy of all persons as outlined in the Kenya PWD Act 2025.
Limited License: Andy Speaks Africa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the forum for personal, non-commercial advocacy and support.
Privilege of Use: Participation is a privilege, not a right, contingent upon your continued adherence to our community values of respect and inclusivity.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age; users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Venue: Injunctions may be sought only in the High Court of Kenya in Nairobi.
Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Entire Agreement: This document replaces all prior agreements regarding your use of the forum.
